Goals

There is an obvious demand for 2nd trust deeds because many people have a preferred rate on their 1st trust deed and it is less expensive for them to bring the 1st current if they are behind and pay a higher rate on a 2nd trust deed.

We look for people with stability (long-term residence) and the ability to re-establish themselves. We build a good relationship with the borrower and help them in rebuilding their credit.
