We will need the broker agreement and
W9 completed and signed along with a copy of the broker’s
license to be accepted by us before any commissions
are paid.

For pre-approval, just call us with
your prospective borrower’s information so we
can go over it together and fax the following documentation:1003,
1st and/or 2nd Mortgage Statement(s), Home Insurance,
Trustee Letter (if applicable) We will inform you immediately
if we will be able to proceed with the transaction.
